    Returns

    YOU CAN ONLY RETURN AN ITEM WHEN:

    • The article is complete and unopened in case of food (supplements). This in connection with health protection and/or hygiene after breaking the seal after delivery.
    • The product has failed within the warranty period.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    Products that have been opened cannot be returned.

    Products that can go bad within the cooling-off period cannot be returned.

    HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCEDURE WORK?

    You can of course still return packages via PostNL.

    1. Contact our customer service
    2. You will receive a return form from us by email
    3. Fill out the return form as completely as possible and add it to the package you want to return
    4. Add the product and note the reply number clearly on the box.
    5. Deliver the package at a PostNL point
    6. Receive a proof of shipment per delivery, keep it safe.

    FINANCIAL HANDLING OF THE RETURN

    € 4.00 is charged as a contribution to the shipping costs of the return. This will be deducted from the purchase amount including any shipping costs.​
