YOU CAN ONLY RETURN AN ITEM WHEN:
- The article is complete and unopened in case of food (supplements). This in connection with health protection and/or hygiene after breaking the seal after delivery.
- The product has failed within the warranty period.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Products that have been opened cannot be returned.
Products that can go bad within the cooling-off period cannot be returned.
HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCEDURE WORK?

- Contact our customer service
- You will receive a return form from us by email
- Fill out the return form as completely as possible and add it to the package you want to return
- Add the product and note the reply number clearly on the box.
- Deliver the package at a PostNL point
- Receive a proof of shipment per delivery, keep it safe.
FINANCIAL HANDLING OF THE RETURN
€ 4.00 is charged as a contribution to the shipping costs of the return. This will be deducted from the purchase amount including any shipping costs.
EXCHANGE
It is not possible to exchange products.
